I'm assemblying an IDEF0 description of the Risk section (Chapter 11) in my study efforts for the PMP-RMP. The current notation mixes, nound and verbs in the same box notation, has poorly traceable inter-section connection traceability. As well it mixes constarints, mechanisims with the consumption and productiuon of data. This is a golden opportunity to move PMI into the modern world of process management normality. Dennis,
