Strategy Execution Case Study
Here is the presentation I did at the Lean Software and Systems Conference in Atlanta. We combined Strategy Thematic Goal Models, Capability Mapping, Kanban at the strategy execution level with a cascading Kanban at the development level. The presentation was well received.
