Agile Business Analysis – Deciding What to Build

Wednesday night I did a 15 minute talk to Scrum Atlanta on Wednesday night. This was part of a series of talks on “How to do Agile Analysis”. I talked about deciding what to build. Mike Cottmeyer talked about how to break down & chunk the work. Bob Vincent talked about Progressive Elaboration & Specification. This was followed by a 45 minute fish bowl discussion. This topic is becoming increasingly important to organizations as Agile becomes more common in organizations and the session received good feedback from attendees.
